Doing things we can control can help: eating simple but nutritious food, rest, stretch/ exercise, take walks, try to slowly get back to a daily routine, shower, call a friend, consider small ways to help your neighbors around you if you are up for it, and spiritual disciplines of prayer and worship, etc.
